All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Fees and Payments

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HiTrends Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services in the preceding 3 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable U.S. law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

9. Service Availability

While we aim to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons where reasonably necessary.

10. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their own business data and materials.

11. Termination

12. Governing Law
